• Payment Confirmation Data: Transaction references and payment status provided by our payment gateway (Paystack). We never receive, view, or store debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank PINs.
• Technical & Session Data: Local tray items stored in your browser’s localStorage, IP address, and standard server logs for fraud prevention and service stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data exclusively for legitimate food preparation and service operations:

• To receive, verify, and prepare your food order at our Ikeja kitchen.
• To dispatch delivery riders via our trusted courier partners (Chowdeck Relay and Shipbubble).

• To assist with customer support inquiries, delivery questions, and refund processing.
• To safeguard against fraudulent orders and ensure platform security.

4. AI Assistants & Agentic Commerce (ChatGPT / ACP)

If you discover or order food from Mamaput.ng through conversational AI agents (such as OpenAI ChatGPT plugins or Agentic Commerce Protocol sessions):

• We process only the order parameters, address, and contact details passed into our API to generate delivery quotes and initialize checkout.
• We do not retain prompt conversation histories outside of the transactional order records.
• Payment is always completed via authenticated, secure 1-click Paystack checkout URLs presented directly to you.

5. Sharing with Service Providers

To fulfill your orders, we securely share necessary order fragments with verified third-party infrastructure partners:

• Paystack (Payment Gateway): PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor handling all card, USSD, and bank transfer payments.
• Chowdeck Relay & Shipbubble (Delivery Partners): Shared with dispatch riders strictly to deliver your food to your doorstep and call you upon arrival.
• Firebase / Google Cloud: Secure, encrypted cloud hosting and database infrastructure for real-time kitchen order management.

We maintain strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards at our kitchen and server facilities to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Order records are retained for the period required by Nigerian tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws, after which they are securely archived or deleted.
